Anyone involved got any idea of timing around when a decision will be made regarding these trails?.

If we can get these going and the Arthurs seat stuff also happening, MTB in Melbourne is going to blow up.

I have no idea about these 2 projects or possibilities, but knowing councils and governments with their funding, from time of a feasibility study to getting approval and funding and action could be quite some time......and that's if we are dealing with the same council or government......

Hi there everyone.

The Warburton Cycling Hub is pretty much in the bag. I've been told that a significant amount of funds have already been pledged, which is a great start. Talking to several members on the Yarra Ranges City Council, they are all united to get this project completed. They can see how it will benefit EVERYONE.

There is going to be an information night, with the opportunity for all your questions and concerns addressed at the Yarra Ranges MTB (YRMTB) group's Annual General meeting to be held on Sunday 24th Augustin Lilydale. Check out the deets here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/YRMTB/

This is also the perfect opportunity for you to also become a financial member of YRMTB and to really have your say on Mountain Biking around the Yarra Valley. Membership is just $20 a year!! That's just over $0.05 a day!!! Way cheaper than a MTBA license and you get to ride rad trails for nothing!!! Being a financial member means that YOU get a say in the trail network around the Yarra Ranges and you also get to be apart of a group that is as passionate about riding as you are!

Hope to see ya'll there!!!

P.S. I've also got my Yeti SB66 for sale on here (shameless self promotion): http://www.rotorburn.com/forums/showthread.php?282067-SB66-Alloy-2014-Medium-Pike-Fox-ChrisKing-Mavic-2x10&highlight=yeti+SB66
