XC Lap ?

Hi All, Just wondering if anyone can clarify which parts of the XC section at Ourimbah is classified as one full lap on race days? Do they change for each grade? Some friends and I are keen on competing in womens D grade thanks

pikey, it's the same for all grades, usually about 7-8kms, it gets varied slightly depending on track conditions.

This site has a good trail map, it shows you most of the regular parts of the loop on the blue line.

has a map and elevation profile. Usually the graveyard and medows are cut out if its really wet. Normal lap is about the 30 minute mark for average rider but the last race it was only 18 minutes. gives you an idea of the difference.
