Fuck it I'm going to install that fender to my Pike with self-tapping metal screws.Shits me no end that the Pike arch doesn't have the mounting points for this.

Yep, Pike and Lyrik chassis are a bit older so I assume they'll get the 2022 treatment, but still... And yeah, I've been running the Syncros fender for Fox which doesn't guard the seals in the same way but is still just a far neater solution. Its strange that only some have the screw holes. I think Zeb, 35 Gold and 35mm SID only, maybe when they change the cast on an updated Lyrik and Pike they will also get them.
They do actually work really well, that was the reason I sucked up the $52 hit, it was either pay Aussie prices or do without.
Thought that haha... New arch doesn't have enough material, old one maybe just if you get lucky and the screw holes line up on a node...Fuck it I'm going to install that fender to my Pike with self-tapping metal screws.
When's the swap occurring? How's Friday sound??Okay, we really need to get that de-anodising of the suspension dials sorted if you're keeping that stem!
I was there yesterday, saw 2 other people, there was a total of 4 cars in the carpark including mine. I've never seen the place so empty!Headed out to the Youies today. Very busy for a weekday. 3rd ride on the short (31mm) stem and I'm liking it (and it's shiny! ).

That looks fuuuuuuun. XL Sight? What are the wheels?
Large, I thought the frame might be a bit big for me at 5'10 with the big reach and wheelbase but it is spot on. The wheels are just the stock ones off the genius which have been surprisingly tough after re-spokeing and fitting DT pawls. That looks fuuuuuuun. XL Sight? What are the wheels?
Who said placebo’s don’t work?I can definitely 'feel' the oval chainring and I think it adds a little something to my climbing which allows me to just get over the line rather than stalling.
I had a great ride showing someone around Smithfield trails today on their first mountain bike (ultra budget entry level). Remarkably, I seemed to know where I was going!
I do like what Norco are doing. If they insist on mulleting all the new Transitions, I cab really see the Sight as a possibility.
Yeah same, Sight and Optic (now they've fixed the paint schemes) look like great bikes.I do like what Norco are doing.
Yeah, haven’t seen anything, but expected it to go the way of the DH HSP. Would like to try one, but overkill for my riding.Yeah same, Sight and Optic (now they've fixed the paint schemes) look like great bikes.
I think the new Range will be high pivot too.
Not with that attitude.overkill for my riding.
