Electric Vehicles etc

@Oddjob same monthly dollars. Leasing viability really depends on the deal. Go in with open eyes and compare to conventional finance. Toyota were great for me because I could load up maintenance which helped bring pre-tax $ down and then were very liberal with spending that. My M2 got coilovers at the end of the lease etc. A mate who used a finance based group had to hold the excess $ until the end and take it back as cash for which tax was payable.
The no fringe benefit tax on EVs makes novated leasing a no brainer, compared to finance IMO.

My brother has just been through the same thing, just be mindful the lease companies are sharks and do everything possible to hide the true calculations.

Fisker Alaska looks cool, at least it’s sensibly sized. I don’t trust fisker to be around long enough for it to get made and delivered. Has access to the tray via the rear seats, which I think more utes should have.
