need a bottom shaft for the ironhorse rear shock still okay but a bit damaged anyone know were to get this part in oz found pearce in uk but frieght kills part no 28-8307-7 plus 2 screws 28-5013-k second hand would be okay as long as they are not damaged

+1 for the nationals track at beauty to be raced, the track is sick and its different from all the other tracks in vic.

The word is 13 mini buses sent off in groups so there is a good turn over at the loading area. Hope it works out can't see why not and it should at least be quicker than the full size buses. Check the VHDS web site as well shuttles start times are different this time 7am on Sunday i think.

The elite times on this track are between 8 and 9 minutes the shuttles take about 20 to 25 minutes to get to the top of Big Hill. Its a very popular race and most people enjoy the track.

There is a working bee at the mountain bike park on Saturday 30th January at 8am start to finalize and mark the track also clean up the area for the race on the 7/8 February. It would be great to see some people turn up and help out.

I have looked everywhere can anyone help i just got myself a Van R rear shock and the spring i have is a 450 x 2.8 i have found the ride to hard and i have very little control of the rear end. I need to know what spring weight i need, i weigh 45 kg. Can anyone help?

NO snow There's snow on the higher mountains but nowhere near as far down as mount beauty/ big hill, gonna be pretty cold tho :)
