Bit of cut and past action from Ryan's post last week. ;-) In keeping with the colder weather and the ride calender we are shifting the ride out to 7.15. Can we turn up a little early though as we will leave right on 7.15am. So if you are a late starter aim for 7.00am and do a car park warm-up ;)
