howdy, what sort of food do you guys consume during the 24's ?? have the right idea for whilst riding...(Eg, Gu, bannana's, powerbars, etc...) however not sure wot to consume (apart from beer) during the time off the bike... ?? - pasta ? - vegie's ? - rice ? - creamed...

WSMTB club have their website updated.... advises that the Lifecycles 4 hour event will be on 21st January....

i grabbed the new mountain biking australia magazine today...and it has a two page article on the recent NZO 12 hour event....:) :) in the article it mentions that the intention is to move the "fun" day to the sunday and to have this not involve any night time aspect, to attract novices /...

anyone interested in a nice long one this sunday start at woodford, up the ingar to wentworth falls :eek: down andersons, onto the oaks...into glenbrook for some food... :D should be a good hit out to get ready for Highland Fling... :rolleyes:

Hey all... just wondering opinion's on what type of pedals all using for xc riding ??? i had eggbeaters, however these have just broken .... :mad: :mad: they are less than a year old.... not sure which brand / model to replace these with :confused: :confused:
