Manager f'd up not following up and submitting a TUE before the first EWS round. Really sucky outcome for Maes but if they allowed retrospective TUE's everyone would come in waving a letter from a doctor if busted for something.

Kinda like the difference between me coming into work and telling my boss I have taken sudafed because I know it has shit that fails the drug tests , vs failing our random drug tests and then trying to tell them I am taking sudafed (hint the second one I am in trouble and my workplace drug policy is clear on that).

All the above said I was waiting for Maes to wreck himself............. Go Sam!

As I read it, the governing bodies have all but acknowledged that MM is completely blameless, and gained nothing from it.
Any suspension in this situation is heavy, given his position.

It was Rude and Graves I had in mind with the length of suspension comment.
