Hmm, I've been eating well, and doing exercise, but absolutely struggled to stay awake at work last night due to a lack of energy. My job involves a lot of walking and stairs, and I was really lacking the energy to put one foot infront of the other.How's everyone going?

I slept 9 hours straight today, and only woke when someone banged on my door. That a record for me, which means my body is struggling a bit, so I've decided to not exercise today and consume a few more calories than normal. I suppose it's not too much of a blowout so long as I can get straight back on the horse tomorrow.
Awesome work Zach keep it up.Eating well, no sugar (unless it's natural), try and keep the carbs down (bread is my biggest weakness) no fatty fried foods, vitamins, all that jazz. So far I have gone from 91kgs to 86kg
