Dammit, now I’m wandering the intertubes looking for a cheapish ST...Enjoy the Goodyears. They're absolutely excellent in dry Strayan conditions. Great rolling speed too.
No Newton ST for the front?

Is it built yet?Dammit, now I’m wandering the intertubes looking for a cheapish ST...
No... I’ll put it together apart from the cranks tomorrow. Is it built yet?
Borrow cranks off the giant?No... I’ll put it together apart from the cranks tomorrow.
The ST looks pretty insipid if you're used to gazing admiringly at a DHF on the front or whatever, but it works. Very nicely.Dammit, now I’m wandering the intertubes looking for a cheapish ST...
They’re sram. I’ll borrow the ones off of the Goose.Borrow cranks off the giant?
Im used to looking at Michelin Wild Enduro, they’re pretty burly...The ST looks pretty insipid if you're used to gazing admiringly at a DHF on the front or whatever, but it works. Very nicely.
Alternatively just nick the cranks from your Giant and unleash the Filing Cabinet Of Destiny.
It’s certainly a confidence inspiring tyre to look at in the front. I run minion f/r most of the year. Always bang on the Wild Enduro’s if I’m going somewhere that has a bit more unpredictable and unknown terrain (like TransTas). I don’t really find a noticeable loss in rolling either...Im used to looking at Michelin Wild Enduro, they’re pretty burly...
Off of the bike supermarket parts dealer. Where did you get your brake cables off of?Off of?
Do I spy a matching helmet?
Pure coincidence... I’m not a roadie!Do I spy a matching helmet?
I can force my eyes to see that.It almost looks like you are overlooking the ocean the way the photo is cropped!
Very looking forward to a full ride report. As a taste - would you describe it as stable? Perhaps a very stable genius?
