I have a strategy -

Join 'Big Mig'
Pedal assist ends in 10, 9, 8...
Go hard for 10-20 seconds
Fall off the back

100-120 of these should get you through the hour :p

It's one of the weirdest challenges they've ever launched. I would wager that there's only a handful of users who could keep up with this robopacer for more than 5 minutes and those few are either on the verge of joining a pro team or ex pros.

There will be hundreds of people who can keep up... It will reveal all the weight dopers and mixmasters

New to Zwift. I bought a trainer thinking that I would use Trainerroad or something but my Kickr was bundled with a year of Zwift so I gave it a go.

470km in the past two weeks that I wouldn’t have ridden otherwise. Loving it.
If you have the spare dollars you can do both at the same time. Best of both worlds!

Yeah... I get that its an increase and nobody likes that but what's that in perspective...
3 pints?
1/5th of a single tyre?

I get your point, but I was already hiding the TrainerRoad account from the Minister for War and Finance  . Can't see the point of paying the same amount on top to effectively just ride around.

Won't be Zwifting till the cash flow crisis is fixed.

Next $21.99 comes out tomorrow. I'll do 9th May till 9th June and maybe one more till 9th July, will see how the weather goes and the trainer use pans out. Will be watching it closer than previous years where the use is slowing down and another few months come out without even thinking.

I've cancelled all my yearly auto subscribe shit, PlayStation Network, Bitdefender, VPN, GoPro etc... already got rid of the Strava and AusCycling habitual renewals a couple of years ago after stupid price hikes.
I know I can buy antivirus/VPN codes a lot cheaper but its just habit and next thing its auto renewed itself. I'll review the PSN when somebody has a whinge. I've also told the missus to fck off her Spotify.

These greedy subscription chunts are giving me the shits lately.

Spotify is cheaper than audible for books, you can subscribe two accounts and its about $20 a month, recommend if your missus listens to books, or use the kids email address for school or ozbargain a short education course to get the edu email and its $6.99 a month.

Just in case, Spotify does have a few text books so could be claimed on tax ;)

If you work from home, VPN, Virus stuff, youtube premium all taxable too. (Security of data etc on machine you are working on)

I don't work from home so none of that is claimable... really. My missus Spotify is used predominantly in her car and music only, which she probably has 90% of on MP3 already, I said is that worth $140 a year when you could load the MP3 albums on to your phone... up to her.

I dont reckon anyone has used the PSN in 3+ months.

Just a review and cull of bullshit that has accumulated and been continued out of habit.

Still got the $22.99 a month Premium Netflix as it was at least met with some resistance ;)

@ozzybmx to the missus - "We can save $140 per annum if you cancel your spotify membership!"

@ozzybmx at the pub - "My round lads!"

Bartender - "Mate, there's just you here and you just ordered 12 beers..."

@ozzybmx - "Thanks, we'll be at the table with the mountainbike out the front."

There is no 'we' or it would be gone ;)

Shedding of habitual subs will force me to action and reevaluate them if required or missed.

Standard script at the North Star.... minus the questioning
After last weeks guided around the mountain, I am 8 beers in credit.

I usually don't have to speak, they see me coming and set one up, if with company, they'll ask 'how many'
