Unaligned is probably what caused the leak! He is too ashamed to admit it, so smashed the rim in as cover.Did you line up the valve stem with the brand name on the tyre? Or do we need another confession?

Does that mean the stars must be align before I ride as well?Unaligned is probably what caused the leak! He is too ashamed to admit it, so smashed the rim in as cover.
I removed some overspray from the E2 taillights with claybar after some numpty spray painted the back of my car while testing his airless gun. Anyways the metal was never a concern but the lights were some soft clear plastic and the claybar took it off without scratching.I tried chucking a tantrum and stomping on them, then ordering some new one's from Oakley.com.au who apparently no longer make them in the USA and send everything direct from China. Top work Donald you big orange baby.
Some days it will feel like that.Does that mean the stars must be align before I ride as well?
Beat me to it. That's certainly what must have happened, I know that's the path I'd take if I found my valves were misaligned...Unaligned is probably what caused the leak! He is too ashamed to admit it, so smashed the rim in as cover.

I like things done properly on my bikes, but I'm not OCD, nor superstitious, however since learning valve alignment is a thing i can't not do it when I fit a tyre.i just want to ride the bike, who gives a ...... if there not quite aligned

Could not agree more, for riders that use tubes then this makes it much easierLining up logos with valves isn't just OCD or superstition, there's a practical background for philistines who still use tubes. Helps one find which sector of the tyre to examine for the prick that caused the puncture.
Thanks heavens there are no bike police checking this configuration, imagine the drama out on the track. We do...we do. And we matter.
it really should be a jailable offenceThanks heavens there are no bike police checking this configuration, imagine the drama out on the track.
”excuse me sir, please get off the bike, your valves arent aligned.”
That is a pretty cool idea for a YouTube video though - Stopping people at the trail ahead and assessing their bikes for correctness. Thanks heavens there are no bike police checking this configuration, imagine the drama out on the track.
