I was on a race run down my local trail. (Nailcan hill, Albury) and became real sketchy in the top rock garden. End result was me panicing, grabing the front brake and bailing out sideways. I Slammed down on my spine protector on the big pointy rock and got straight back up and rode away. Thank god for armour!

That's pretty odd. When I did my collar bone it wasn't nearly as bad as yours looks and I got minimum 3 months off bikes altogether.

There is always a difference between what the 'doc says and what your body will allow. Couldn't even thinking about riding DH for the first 3 months, just physically in too much pain.
