No, but I'm pretty sure it's click bait.

The world is already struggling to produce enough fertiliser, which is a higher value product than petrol. The economics and thermodynamics says this is a non-starter.

My money is still on some type of bio-fuel supplemented with synfuel for aviation and shipping.

Toyota seem to be trying to avoid going full EV at all costs
Must be something with Toyota and electronics, if their Satnav / radios are anything to go by you'll have to turn on the hazard lights 3 times before engaging the electric motor and the engineers are trying to perfect the art of making the EV car just sightly more annoying than it has to be before releasing to the public

They opened up the API for other apps to integrate to your Tesla to so performance dashboards and 'tuning' might become more common, instead of just the universities and data brokers using it to predict driver behavior/analyse people.
Hopefully this brings forward some cool ideas and investment on the dev side, the ideas are infinite if its peer reviewed apps like the google play store and not the apple version which stipulates a lot more rules.
