It’s a lot better paint job than I expected. I thought it was going to be flat grey with gold stickers.

I wish I had of taken some proper photos before being used. Unfortunately I’ve already had to call for the band aids

Get some 50 or 80 mm bars and loose the black cheezlez under your stemzz

Torqued & locktited to spec, mine creaks every 6months.

Seems to be a standard thing to do on most bikes. I had to do the same on my Canyon, the damn thing was backing out after a few weeks!

Both my YT Jeffsy & Optic shared the problem.
I get longer between services with Belray Water Proof Grease.
Trick is to grease the bolt & the pivot, wrap the thread in a lap or 2 of thread tape & install.
Remove the thread tape, the thread should clean of grease, locktite with 242.

Jesus, I'd never use 262 on aluminum bolts once that shit sets it can be hard to get undone.
I'd be interested to hear your long term review after a few rides, I sold my Optic to a mate and he still loves it.

After pulling fork Saturday and removing the half tub of grease they give you and a good clean. Fork feels much better. This bike was a dream to ride Saturday as I’d hoped it would be. Promising signs of a top notch trail bike.
