Hey guys,
recent experience sending a bike with smart send,
DONT DO IT, they do not care about the customer.
Not only was my bike 20 days late but it also went missing and they offered no refund/compensation.
When I wanted to know where my bike was 'Chris M' (aka Christine Madden - the manager) told me to stop abusing her staff,
Happily I quoted all my emails and she said that "she was told that i was abusing her staff and was sorry that she accused me"
LOL talk about shit service
