What do you put in your reservoirs? I haven't washed mine in about 3 years and no issues. I just give it a rinse before I use it and that's it. I only ever put water in mine though.

Pretty much that's what I do. But sometimes I spend weeks between use of packs (most of my rides are 1.5-2hrs and I use bottles instead) or used them with something other than pure water, so I would need to wash the reservoir.

It is also heavily dependent on quality of water.

Here in Oz, I can leave the reservoirs with water and no mould would form in 2-3weeks. Back in Mexico, after one week you could see some mould forming.

I tried keeping them in the freezer but I grew tired of hearing the complains of the Commander in Chief.
