Indigo Epic Trail

EPIC
Took the wrong turn at the Y junction so did the Baarmutha Belter twice. So it ended up being a 77km ride.

A nice mix of machine built and handcut trails.

I'm assuming these tracks are in a pretty good state? Apparently I'm riding them in about a month.
I'm thinking hardtail, or would i appreciate some extra bounce?

Can confirm that ,its not rocky but the long downhill is so fast a duallie is the go.
if you want a personal guide PM me ?
Cheers
We'll have a crowd of idiots and i wouldn't wish that on anyone :D
my assumption is the vast majority will be Beechworth to Yak and then call it quits and get a lift back, and only a handful will do the full loop.

a 135mm Prime is short travel in 2025 isn't it? 😁😁

heading out there in a few weeks, this time e-powered (flame suit on). Rekon won't have enough juice to do the yack to beech return, charging options at yack (plan to do a sort of top up while eating lunch).

I rode with a couple of people on Levo SLs with the 320wh batteries. We did the full route and they made it back on close to zero, running eco mode!

@rowdyflat even though there is no rain coming anytime soon, how would this ride mid-winter?
I wouldn't mind getting over there to ride it soon.

Its fine after rain ,its sheds rain well ,it is gritty on the Yack side and the orange clay only gets squishy if there are puddles for days.
