Mount Tarrengower Maldon, to host FIM world trial championships

Motorcycling Australia (MA) is pleased to confirm a round of the 2012 FIM World Trial Championship has been allocated to Australia in the 2012 FIM Provisional Calendar.
The central Victorian township of Maldon, has been named to host the event from 26-27 May 2012.

The announcement comes as a major boost to the sport of Moto Trials, with the world’s premier riders set to travel to Australia to compete for World Championship points

Trials was always part of MTB, and I remember when all disciplines were done on one bike. Old and joyous!

i went to a state ( i think ) moto trials event years ago and they also were also running pushy trials at the same time , pritty cool.

on next weekend 24-27th May. Thursday and Friday practice then racing on Saturday, Sunday. Should be awesome to watch. 10,000 plus people expected over the weekend.
