The bike has a 32 tooth front ring in the photos with a 9 speed 11-34 cassette on the rear. Works a charm for all the hills at Glenrock and Awaba.
Headset wise I am running a Cane Creek reducing headset with the plan being to replace it with an angle set.
Weight, it is 15.2kg. So its not light, but upgrading the wheels, forks and a change of tyres would see that drop significantly. Once your moving though the weight isn't overly noticeable. Not to the point I can be bothered changing anything.
Cracked yet, nope. Its built like a tank. Can't say I have heard of any broken Battery's to be honest.
