Forgive me if this has been posted already (a search and quick look didn't bring anything up..):

Intense 951:

Apparently was to be the new SOCOM, ended up being an all new DH bike.
Personally, I thought the monocoque days of Intense were numbered, and if they drop the M6, it's all over!

Dirt's Website has some pics & vids, and Intense's own site, too, of course.

Nice find.

Fingers crossed the geometry is close to the M6 and weight is around the Socom.

Looks the goods I think

Looks like a cross between a Socom and an Uzzi.
Why are there only 12 spokes per wheel in the first pic?

Geometry is on the website.
No weight given, though I'd suggest it's one of their lighter builds (SOCOM light or lighter) to keep up with the current DH trend of light-as-possible builds.

I think they would be some form of the new crank bros wheels

From what i've heard/seen the weight should come in a fraction under the SOCOM.

Yes, they're the Crank Brothers Opium DH wheels.
CB had lots of production issues with them last year, but they're now available (the whole range - Cobalt (XC), Iodine (FR) and Opium DH)).
Pricey, but.

I'm pretty sure they are the new crank bros dh wheel set.

EDIT: oops, beaten to it.

There's a pic of one on the Littermag post for the Sea Otter. Not in CRC colours - will be interesting to see if the CRC team breaks 'em out @ Sea Otter, which in previous years was always the meet for teams to unveil their new rides, strip, etc.

FRO version will have a monocoque down tube.

Same weight as a SOCOM. Geo looks like a Sunday...

Very pricey i read - BikeRadar

"The first model to go on sale will be the FRO (for race only) with monocoque down tube and G3 dropouts – these allow you to adjust the chainstay length, bottom bracket height and head angle. It will cost approx. £2,249.

A less expensive (£1,979) standard model with a traditional down tube and fixed dropouts is in the pipeline. Both will be available in three sizes and multiple colours – red, black, raw, white, green and blue."
