I'm skeptical... Surely some oil is going to be forced out of the lowers and into those reservoirs. How will they ensure it flows back?
Only assuming, but they might have pistons in there with springs so the piston will sit up the top until the fork is compressed.I'm skeptical... Surely some oil is going to be forced out of the lowers and into those reservoirs. How will they ensure it flows back?
They are all English words in what appears to be sentences. Overall it seems like a wonderful opportunity for me to spend lots of money and make my fork perform terribly.
Isn't this an undersirable trait? Back in the the open bath days folks would try push their forks down while screwing down the top caps. Attempting to lower the pressure inside the fork chassisIt also allows positive pressure to be added the lowers to balance and reduce the negative spring pull down effect!
Had a McLeod for years. Great shock and easy to service at home. Need to buy seal kits online but Manitou provide documentation for servicing yourself.Anyone riding the Manitou Mara inline (which replaced the McLeod)?
My only reservation is the nearest service and dealer being in NZ, unless I’m wrong.
Love my Revive 185mm, but loved the extra drop more - this (when funds allow) will allow both!Revives are brilliant. If you can afford it, definitely worth grabbing one.
Every mm matters - you'll notice!Well it's not quite suspension, but I'm excited! (Big Kev style)
BikeYoke Launches Revive 2.0 with Up To 213mm Travel, New Triggy Remote
More bikes showing up with with really short and straight seattubes (e.g Pivot Switchblade, the whole Ibis family) now indeed do allow longer posts and short riders in particular will benefit greatly from the development. Short seattubes,...www.vitalmtb.com
Love the travel range of my Vecnum Nivo 212mm, but the action is pretty agricultural tbh. BikeYoke has the smoothest drop I've ever experienced, so I'm keen as for for a blend of the two.
Even I, king of the fuss-pots (and placebo effect) won't notice 1mm more seat-post travel!Every mm matters - you'll notice!
Have you tried a 1mm change?Even I, king of the fuss-pots (and placebo effect) won't notice 1mm more seat-post travel!
Yep, the end-stop of the Vecnum is pretty inconsistent when you have the seatpost clamp right under the post collar.Have you tried a 1mm change?
