On the first I heard an interesting story yesterday. Apparently there was some scandal involving Chillagoe marble which was trucked as 20+tonne cubes to a warehouse in Brisbane where it was cut into slabs and then packaged and labelled as Italian marble and sold from the next door warehouse for somewhat higher asking prices. No idea if it is true but a good story nonetheless.

I saw one parked at one of the gates in Brissy airport earlier this year. It looked comically large next to the aerobridge!

Probably enroute to Canada after leaving Newcastle, they usually stop overnight before flying to Hawaii and then onto Canada with a fresh shipment of used airframes
