Queenstown DH Trip *New vid, Page 7*

I just returned from a week of downhill in Queenstown.

We rode Queenstown bike park (skyline gondola) and hooked up with queenstown bike taxis for some days at Wynyard, Zoot, and Dirt Park.

If you've ever considered a NZ trip, I could not reccomend Queenstown any more highly. Its such an awesome place. Forget whistler, this is pretty much on our doorstep!

How freakin sick is this place?! 2 days in, over 40 runs done and some sore but stoked bodies. Glad we have a spa! We roll out the back of our house and in 5 mins are in Wynyard freestyle park, sick! That's our morning warm up, ride the trail to the road and along to the gondola, then we can turn off hammys to 1 mile and ride back to our back gate! How shit is that!!

Awesome track, but really tough! We only did 6 runs,i reckon you'd need a full day before you start to get comfortable on it.

Only rode QT Bikepark for a couple of hours, but man its was sick. Hired bikes from alta Vertigo into original FTDubs

we stayed in a cabin attached to a van park just near the gondola. It was pretty cheap, but I can't remember the name of the park. Just hit up google, I'm sure you'll find it.
