99% of reverb sag issues are because the inner seal head has worked its way loose, allowing the arrowed o-ring to come out. Probably loosens quicker if the return speed is set fast since it bashes the top-up rubber stop in the seal head. Loctite on the sealhead threads and tightening the hell out of the seal head fixes the issue (well at least for a good while). To get good leverage though you have to put a seat on the seatpost clamp (which you then have to take off again to put air back in (if it's a stealth post)

It's a 19x2mm o-ring I think.

Thanks for the info, guys. I've taken it back to my LBS. Apparently SRAM are legendary at fast turn arounds, and, they're likely to swap it for a 2017 model, so that's a bonus!

2016 Norco Sight 14 months old, Reverb failed, took in for warranty. Took about a week turnaround, just got a whole new one back. good shit, happy dayz.
