If you think jerky is good, try biltong, SA version of jerky. Because it's air cured it can be made with fattier cuts, and has so much more flavour.

Cheaper than keeping them a sound proof feedlot and buy high fat/protein feed to wagu them up though. Snowtown wagu would probably be a spinner in the hipster feedlots of Sydney but.

It's a function of the piston diameter and shock volume, both are probably different, that's my guess anyway
