Michael Kiwanuka. Has a kind of pink-floydy vibe, and also does epic long-form tracks.

Quite possibly, Humphrey B Flaubert and Ron Hitler Barassi may be the best lyricists ever...

Yeah, they did write some great lyrics.

Back to when I was a kid. I listened to this album so many times.

Thanks Elbow, haven't heard that in ages.

Bought a new amp a while back which is connected to the PC with all those music files from CDs long forgotten, I seem to be spending a lot of time revisiting stuff like that lately.

This has been popping up recently too...

Found as the title theme to a british drama series, the album is brilliant.

At The Drive In's new album is here! Inter Alia was released last Friday and it's a beauty, it's the same feel as Relationship of Command and doesn't feel over produced. I love it, the more I hear it the more I like it.

I've listened to it in full a thousand times now, I truly love it, it's vintage At The Drive In with some new feel. I had it playing in the car and a mate who's never heard of them asked "Hey, whats this? It's alright!"

Heard this on a random radio station the other day. Old but super funky and scrappy sound.
