I have a few bottles of Kavalan every time family come over to from Taiwan they bring us bottles, or we bring them back on our return. My wife said to me that my collection of spirits was taking up too much room (like 30+ bottles) and I should invite some friends over one night and finish them off!
Is she trying to kill me? I then had to tell her the story of Bon Scott.

I threw it away
and bought a Blackstone griddle best decision ever. So easy to clean. Some cheap whisky would probably be ideal for cleaning.

That sounds like indoor cooking...I'll bring something for the oven rather than grill. Taking a lead from your name, it'll be a slow and low roast I think. Plenty of time to work through the whisky while it cooks. We can leave the salads and appetisers to the others.
