My zelvys have just hit 10 years and 6 weeks old, no issues here. Glad I never had to use any sort of warranty caper, when I bought them it was a 108 day wait from memory (from when I was told I would get them), with weekly excuses and slow replys to enquiries, prior to paying strangely replys were very prompt. I also told all the riding group to beware de to this, it's funny what poor customer services leads to...
