Love; got a notification from DHL this morning saying the roadie wheels I ordered from CRC on Tuesday night are being delivered today.
Hate; shipment is two pieces - delivery is rear wheel only, front wheel barcode hasn’t been scanned since departing Heathrow. Could be anywhere.

Doing 1 practice run on the first of three tracks and then going OTB on the first race run of the day and turns out breaking a finger.....dusted myself off and pushed through the pain to record one run on each of the 3 tracks (2 without practice runs) but couldn't manage any more as just couldn't hang on by that point.
Happy with my times on all 3 tracks considering I had never been to Stromlo before but annoyed that this was the first race in god knows how long and this happens.
To top it off I lost one glove (which no one handed in, seriously who takes one glove) and then forgot to turn the gopro on for one of the race runs......

If you lose a glove always through the other one away in the same location - then at least whomever finds them has a pair
And good work - assume bike is ok after the OTB?

Thankfully the adrenalin was enough initially to let me get 3 runs in (one for each track) after the OTB but attempts at any more failed miserably....next time I will make sure to pack the Gorilla Tape
