I do agree that a lot of dicks will be attracted to things that take less effort, but the fault is in the dick, not the choice of weapon. As was mentioned before, you talk to any diehard bush walker and the majority think that all MTBers are dicks.
Are all mountain bikers dicks? No, of course they aren't, but in the case of said bush walker, the ones that they interact with obviously are. Same goes for Ebike rider, scooter riders and such. Also, remember those pesky skateboarders and kick scooter riders that terrorise the footpaths? You have a bad experience with a few, and it pushes your opinion that they are all the same.

Prices of blocks of land. I bought one in 2018 for $85000 - 1012sqm....
Today - 943sqm block for $295,000 - FFS. And that is actually well priced compared to others around here and the size too

There is no reason for it. It's just an arbitrary figure made up by someone.

To be honest, there should be more land for medium density living with numbers guaranting public transport services. We can't just keep building single storey pads with car dependence locked in.

The area I grew up in in Adelaide is trending that way. Drove through it last week and three quarters of the street was at least two stories. The block our house used to be on now has three town houses on it. All on a bus route. In fact, the bus stop was right outside my bedroom window.

That’s actually not too bad. Adelaide suburbs I live in 30 min south of CBD have gone mental. Empty 600sqm block down the road went for $650k a year ago. o_O
 
Microsoft Outlook not auto-correcting from Capslock in e-mail headers. In the body of the message there's spellcheckers/corrector, "AI generated" predictive text, and text automatically swaps from aLLCAPS to Allcaps - But it can't do the same for the e-mail header. (We use capslock a lot in our work, so this crops up often...)

Ahhhhh, so you know it well. I grew up in Morphettville opposite the swimming centre. It was the heartland of the Housing Trust semi-detached home.

-Smoking. Geez man, bring back the legal sale of vapes! At least your floral scented vape smoke didn't stink so damn much. Ciggie butts everywhere, people smoking at places where you're eating & drinking, people at social events nicking off for a smoke.............just quit you losers.

I've been using this recently. I got it in a mad rush one night when I realised my rim tape was fucked a night before a ride and only bunnings was open. It is 48mm wide so you need to trim it but it takes 5 minutes with a blade between pages in a book and rotating the roll pressed against the blade. It is nice getting the width just right once you get there.

First roll of bunnings tape I trimmed was with a Stanley knife.

After that I made up a trimming tool out on an old hacksaw blade and a tool holder so I can clamp it in the lathe tool post.
