Thanks. I just did and it appears that once a threat was made about going to the ACCC, they came through with a refund.Somebody on here recently had a similar experience. Can't remember who or how it resolved now. If you search back through this thread it's probably there.
FWIW I bought an Ibis Ripley from them years ago and they were fine, but I get the impression they hold no/minimal stock so there are long delays after ordering.
All I can say to would be shoppers out there, based on my experience, DO NOT use Biggride (https://biggride.com.au). Happy to take your money, but then don't send the order or answer phone calls or emails. They currently owe me $278.94.
Update: I've just escalated my issue with PayPal and will await their outcome. Pending that will be to lodge a case with NSW Consumer Affairs.
