Bringing trail back to xc. Dropper was to be fitted. turns out the frame is 31.6 when it was supposed to be 30.9.

I've been thinking about building up a Ti hardtail. Are all the cables internally routed?

All cables are internal. The rear shifter and rear brake line cross over inside the toptube so theres no crossing cables externally. Theres also a sneaky internal dropper route, you can see a port just above the chainring in the centre of the downtube. the cable leaves the downtube and then into a port on the seattube.

The TBc is now running 130mm Pikes - will run a touch more sag than recommended & see how it goes:

Also now need a black Thomson post...the silver looked great with the white Rebas...and a Monarch RT3 165x38 would be great while you're at it.

My Rocky Mountain Vertex 970RSL fairly stock with the exception of the SRM crankset (yes I am a power nerd).
Planning on going 1x11, changing the saddle and putting my much lighter Stans wheelset on in the near future.

My TBc now rocking a 130 Pike running 4 tokens/4 clicks low speed compression/28% sag & Monarch at 30% sag (no volume spacers yet...may even Debonair it down the track):

Goddam brilliant - like a new bike! Better everywhere - up, down, sideways. This setup really lets the bike rip!

Not for the sort of riding I do. And I hate it when stuff doesn't work properly...all I see are failing droppers on my mates bikes!

Everyone should try a Pike - God they are good!
