Nice, that'd make a cool little bag to put some food in... I wonder how many burritos it holds.exxy - but Aus made ones were even moreso!
Yes I've got the Salsa one and it fits my bivvy, tarp, sleeping bag and mat plus some odds and ends, it's rock solid when loaded up but useless if you just wan't to carry some little stuff. I've had a couple of rides where I've taken extra stuff that I knew I wouldn't need just to pad it out so that I could strap it down. The big Salsa/Apidura/Ortlieb ones look great - but the rolls are really designed to store a sleeping bag or clothes etc
I just wanted something for snacks and tools at this stage
I do my best for the most part. Unfortunately the only decent way home is through an industrial estate...You should steer clear of them.
Epic shots man, did you hit those jumps?5 days in Queenstown doing Skyline MTB Park, Cardrona MTB Park, Rude Rock and checking out Dream Track
Would highly recommend to anyone as the variety of riding there is great, food is top notch and everything in town is walking distance from most accommodation and the gondola.
I'm still alive, so no ... haha .. I wish!Epic shots man, did you hit those jumps?
haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaave you heard of a tensioner?Impulse bought some carbon forks off Facebook. No idea what I'm going to do with it, but thinking gravel tyres on the Stans Crests I have. Not sure on drivetrain yet. Kinda wished it had sliding dropouts to give single speed a go.
I’ve had something that looks like that going through my head for a bit now. I built a gravel thing last year which just does not agree with me. I reckon if you’re gonna go down the gravel route you need something with a mtb bias for the ST diversions. Too far in the roadie direction and it’s just a shit roadieImpulse bought some carbon forks off Facebook. No idea what I'm going to do with it, but thinking gravel tyres on the Stans Crests I have.
