Id like to look at some specs of those bars, look like aktarus bars. If they are anything like them they wont be wide which is understandable.

You could lose another kilo pretty much if you cut your steer tube down and still be able to turndown, a mate turndowns my bike and its only got like 2.5 cm of spacers if that even and a top load stem. If you want your bars to sit that high just cut your steer tube down and run some 5 inch S&M...

Everything downhiller has said is pretty spot on, paint is less then a grand if you paint it yourself and as for lowering it ect, Just do it all yourself its not hard. Also dont you wonder why people are selling their "dream"? They probly realised its a peice of shit and not worth spending...

I hope your going to lower the forks, 24" wheels feel really bad with full length forks, Feels alot better at 80mm. Looks good, i suggest some khe tires or npj tires.
