Are muc off also selling wheel balance kits to offset these chunky ass valves?
They actually used this image lols.

I'm assuming the hex down the guts in one of the photos is how the ball valve assembly is tightened on to the valve stem...?
No more clogged valves. Just hook up 18 pumps every time lolThey actually used this image lols.

Muc-off will also want to sell you a proprietary pump for their valves.I remove the core to inject or remove sealant already...
Takes 2 seconds to remove or install...

Cheaper. For the amount I just paid for a 60g packet of chips I think I'm going to have to start chowing valve cores instead.Ali presta cores and tubeless valves are cheap as chips.
But its universalHere we go folks, new brake standard that probably requires a whole new bike.

SRAM patent proposes "universal brake mount" designs to eliminate disc brake rub and "improve braking performance"
Patent filed by components giant suggests new design would offer "improved performance, improved safety, and reduced weight and cost"road.cc
I think it may be a good thing, but knowing SRAM, I'm sure they are playing the long game with some new brake system in the works that will conveniently release after the universal mount is take up by enough brands. But its universal![]()
THis is pretty much a repeat strategy of the xd hub. While the idea is good in theory, the practical application is they will be the only ones who can make a brake for that interface, meaning your bike is now locked to sram - not a good thing.I think it may be a good thing, but knowing SRAM
Yeah XD hub is OK then XDR but then Shimano makes microspline !!!!THis is pretty much a repeat strategy of the xd hub. decent brakesOr they could get all revolutionary and make
Bendix coaster brakes FTW!decent brakes![]()
Fuck you SRAM.Here we go folks, new brake standard that probably requires a whole new bike.

The stupidest thing about Microspline is that Shimano never needed to make it - they already had a special variant of HG that takes a 9T sprocket (Capreo)!Yeah this is exactly my point. 100% not Shimano's fault.
SRAM mades a xdd hub and freely licenses the hub to wheel manufacturers. However it holds the cassette patents to themselves meaning these things can only work with their cassettes. Shimano had no choice but to make their own freehub.
Same thing now with brakes. Imagine the interface is freely licensed to the frame namufacturers. Great. Only problem now is that SRAM holds the patent for the brake mount and only sram brakes work on that interface. Unlike a wheel that you can actually replace, this is actually madness. Your frame is now tied to a specific brake brand! In fairness, the patent filing looks like it still uses normal IS brake mounts, but you never know.
