Had some time to kill while the eldest was at training so took the DefyLd for a spin.

Quick little 33km with some fun by the river under Tonkin Hwy. The roadies actually quite fun on the pump track and skills stuff. Even got some air under the tyres.

Pedalled my arse up for 3x horse lovers long weekend rides totalling 3300vm. On the big-rig as it has been getting neglected since Canada, the plushness is pretty nice after riding the Optic for a couple of months.
Also, reading this last night reaffirmed why I'm not on the eeb train, not while my legs keep working anyway.
