I perused Le Tour and there is no listing on their actual site, but I did find this:I'm feeling pressured now...
I don't think I'd purchase through their website given that most of that stuff is also listed on eBay and any purchase via eBay is technically protected by their guarantee.I perused Le Tour and there is no listing on their actual site, but I did find this:
Anyone know anything about intrepid chains??

EDIT: added to cart but when going to checkout it doesn't want to play...
I always thought those "someone just bought..." popups were fakeI don't think I'd purchase through their website given that most of that stuff is also listed on eBay and any purchase via eBay is technically protected by their guarantee.
Funny thing is though, I was looking through their site after my eBay purchase and one of those popups about someone else's recent purchase came up. It was mine.
So far it seems that this mob have merely created the postage label. The actual purchase has still not left the warehouse...
Not new 650c is an obscure old roadie standard, that was tres cool in the 80s for triathlon bikes or vertically challenged riders. And was probably resurrected from something older than that.Just another new standard

Yes there is also 650a, difference is rim OD's a=590mm b=584mn c=571mm.How is it different to 650b? And was there ever a 650a?
I'm not in Brissie but have enough 10sp or lesser speed bikes in my family to take one for the team and buy some and happy to offload to any WA burners that may need some, calling @ashes_mtb @Rorschach? Must also check the return policy on the 10sp chain I bought the other week...Me too... Anyone in Brissie wish to split the cost? Don't think I can use 25 in my lifetime

One chain... @silentbutdeadlyI might join you in the CftFW thread...
There isn't even a boxNot what it says on the box...
You can tell them Consumer affairs will be in contact if the other 24 chains are not posted to you. There isn't even a box
I've asked them to send the remaining 24.
That is actually a lot of small chains. Theu are just stuck together in one piece for ease of shipping.
That's what I'm worried about. Mind you, my order only left Melbourne this morning!!! Order on the 8th Dec. Shipping label created 11th Dec. Physically entered the Oz Post on the 14th Dec. Started moving in the early hours of this morning...One chain... @silentbutdeadly
Have sent a message to the seller.

I had this happen with a box of half round finishing files, I go through a lot these at work and the box of 12 was a bit more than the cost of 2 locally.Bugger, looks like it was too good to be true.
They won't have 25 chains in stock. I think the best you're going to get is a refund.
