The main promo video on his youtube webpage has him riding an electric motorbike on a golf course.

I've said that to hyena twice now and both times I'm quoting him saying that he's leaving, it's perhaps more subtle than saying good fuck off.

electric motor = take it out to state forests / crown land and go nuts on fire trails. There are a lot of them, they can actually be fun enough to even ride on a human powered bike, and everyone out there will think you're the duck's nuts with your super electric machine.

TBO I can't even see the hi powered throttle ones being legal there either because you need to have them registered and in order to do that they need to have an Australia compliance plate/ADR.

The only place for them would be on private land.
