Orange seem to have got their filing in order and have now released their 2025 file storage systems

What a missed opportunity. A company that has already been on the ropes with their niche designs, could have revamped the range to fill the void left by Nukeproof, then appeal to all.
Headstrong decision going with the traditional Orange look could send them packing for good.

It's not even their traditional look in the cae of the Stage - it looks more like two broken frames from the warranty bin welded together.

"Fuck me they're ugly bikes". :D

Thought Specialized were out of touch with their $20k carbon race machines. Along comes Orange, back from the brink of bankruptcy with an ugly $20k eccentric alu eeb and the UK average wage 2.5 times less than ours, coupled with a country financially on its knees. Never mind the market confined to a small crowd of UK fanbois and a few oddballs dotted around the world

Single Pivot is OK.
I have an SC one, but they make the junction look so ugly and industrial , surely they could have someone on a grinder smoothing the welds ?

I do like the use if the Union Jack in the swingarm just above the pivot, that's really neat.

The most confusing thing about the Orange is I'm genuinely not sure which ones are eebs and which ones aren't...
It's not that obvious from side on.

I'm also in the camp of not minding the looks, although being from Yorkshire there were quite a few knocking around when I grew up

We'll save you from the oddballs and put you in the UK Fanbois crowd ;)

My good mate here, also from Yorkshire has a Clockwork for his hardtail.

They certainly haven't learned from their hiccup, still producing 34 different models of frames and many multiples of that in versions, S, Evo, Pro, Factory...

Why only mullets for Aus?
Mullets are scientific faster in hairstyle so I guess the bike is the same:
This is based on actual research conducted in 1999. According to Outside magazine, scientists at Rome’s Università degli Biondi stuck cyclist Mario Cipollini in a wind tunnel and stuck different wigs on him to test which style provided the least wind resistance. Of the seven hairdos — bald, mohawk, fauxhawk, mullet, fade, and “Coolio” (remember this was the ’90s) — the mullet was the undisputed winner, shaving (ha) almost 10 seconds off Cipollini’s calculated time compared to the second-place bald-headed style.
