All signatories to the UNFCCC are required to provide an inventory of emissions over time, Australia included. All publicly available

If it involves facebook i'll pass... Just saying even the best in the world is still burning coal - a "high efficiency" coal plant is only efficient in relative terms and is still utterly shit on all other measures.
