It seems really odd to be honest but I prefer the family snaps not be shown. To be honest I don't know what policy or rules there are about that. Just me.
Reminds me of a job site I was on where four offices were broken into. Three reported loose change, chocolates and lollies stolen along with any softdrink in the fridge. The other lost 10,000L of diesel, a generator, about $50,000 worth of power tools etc!
